In addition to providing initiatives on a firm-wide basis, Marrapese Associates provides one-on-one coaching for attorneys, other professionals, and even law students. Some of the results our clients have achieved include:

Coaching is a formalized one-on-one process to develop potential, enhance performance and align goals within an organization. The coach collaborates with the client to move her to purposeful action.

By working in a confidential setting, and holding clients accountable for achieving their goals, coaching breaks down barriers to success and challenges individuals to reach new levels of performance.

As a client of Marrapese Associates, you receive an initial 2- to 3-hour discovery session and three 30-minute coaching sessions per month.

Coaching sessions are typically conducted by phone. In addition, you receive unlimited brief email and telephone check-ins.
